BAFTA-Winner Alex Lockwood - What Are You Watching Ep.7

BAFTA-Winning director of “73 Cows” and “Test Subjects” Alex Lockwood joined us for episode 7 of What Are You Watching, from his home in Birmingham for the our latest Quarantine Edition.

The last documentary Alex saw was Netflix’s “Tell Me Who I Am”, a disturbing but unforgettable feature we loved, the first doc he ever saw was the brilliant “Hoop Dreams” and watching “Free Solo” made him feel physically sick.

Alex also let us in on his latest project, for which he’s teaming up with “Cowspiracy” director Keegan Kuhn. The film will explore how human intervention with the natural world is leading to the spread of infectious disease and anti-microbial resistance. Ironically, it’s currently on hold due to Covid-19.
