The Paris-based Decolonial Film Festival will be opening its 2025 edition with an avant-premiere of the Oscar-nominated Soundtrack to a Coup d’Etat by Johan Grimonprez. Filmed over the course of 35 years in a variety of formats, the film charts Ira’s multiple wives, innumerable girlfriends and his ever-growing list of offspring.
